944T Brakes on stock drum spindle (BJ or SB)

This kit adapts 87-89 944T hubs and disks stock height drum spindle. Will work the Bj, 1302 or 1303 spidnles. This kit uses 944T calipers (4 pot brembo's). The hubs are modified to take T1 bearings. Grease seal adaptors allow the use of stock beetle grease seals (PN: 113 405 641B).

The spindles require machining. You can still return to stock drum brakes, if you wish. No disk or caliper modifications are required.

The kit includes machining of your hubs to take beetle bearings, machining of your spindles, fabrication of two caliper brackets, installed new TIMKEN bearing races and all required hardware (Metric grade10.9).
